We are actively seeking motivated and talented M.D. or Ph.D. applicants who are passionate about conducting research at the intersection of engineering and immunology. Scientists with expertise in synthetic biology, genome editing, immunology, or AI/machine learning, along with a strong track record of innovative research, are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are always looking for driven and creative trainees who are excited to devote their energy to mRNA delivery, cell engineering, and immunotherapy. We welcome students from a wide range of backgrounds. The Su Lab typically accepts one to two PhD students each year.
