The Su Lab develops next-generation immunotherapies by engineering the body’s own immune cells with unprecedented precision. Traditional cell and gene therapies require complex, expensive manufacturing outside the body, limiting who can benefit and which diseases can be treated. Our team is pioneering technologies that allow therapeutic cells to be engineered directly within the body, drastically reducing cost, improving safety, and expanding the reach of treatments for cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases.
